Packing and Playing...

It's so hard to believe that our time here on the Oregon Coast is almost done... We're busy trying to keep daily life as normal as possible for Greta and packing as much as we can when she's napping or occupied with either Mommy or Daddy. Stacy and Greta are flying out on Friday already to start getting settled in Le Claire. Chad will have the fun job of finishing up all the packing, cleaning up the rental, and loading the truck with help from his friend Nolan and whomever else he can round up! He and his Uncle Dick will start driving the moving truck and our van across the country on the 7th.
I still have 6 weeks to go (fingers crossed!) until Alec is scheduled to arrive, so hopefully we get settled in quickly and are able to do all the last minute baby details. It's starting to make me a little nervous, but at least we have most of the basics and anything else will just be a Target (or Babies R Us) run away... now that we'll be back in the land of good shopping :) I at least got to check diapers off my list this week- I ordered 3 boxes from diapers.com to be delivered to Iowa. Hey, it made me feel a little more ready and less nervous. Now... if only we could get this whole medical insurance thing straightened out!
